My Work
I collaborate with organisations in a range of ways - from research-oriented work to large group workshops to accompanying change in a specific team or board over time. Results include specific analyses, formal strategy, dialogue processes or transformation. I work with clients in English, German and French.
System Analysis
A systems thinking approach involves investigating interconnected layers of an organisation. This includes analysing structures and patterns, mapping connections, surfacing mental models in the organisational culture(s) and identifying levers of change.
Strategy
There are hundreds of ways to develop strategy. An iterative, stakeholder-based process can help a strategy to fit who you are and who you hope to become, not just what you do or what you want to achieve.
Turning dialogue into action
Stakeholder Dialogue
Does your organisation involve diverse stakeholders in research, strategy or decision-making? Useful meetings require preparation. Meaningful dialogue takes practice. A facilitator can help by holding space for important conversations - whether that be to resolve conflict, clean up processes or envision a new future.
Transformation
You may have many catalysts for change in your organisation. New patterns may be emerging to bring your organisation closer to its values and goals. It is important for knowledge to pool and for practices to be commonly owned, so that the effects of a change process last.
Facilitating multi-cultural collaboration
Workshops A to Z
I am grateful to the fellow practitioners who have developed many of the methods I use to help teams collaborate. These include Open Space, World Cafe, Theory of Change, Systems Mapping, Agile/Scrum, Holacracy, Theory U, Appreciative Inquiry and many other approaches for dialogue, conflict resolution and decision-making.
